No big deal guys. Please continue to share and contribute to the community.

@OptimusStar, long term investment and possibly stay if things improve around there. The potential issue maybe the traffic when going out of the area. Any idea of their plan with Gomen to build a flyover there? At least that's what I heard.

I have a concern and would like some input.

The picture that I've attached in this post shows that there's open road for the resident to exit to the opposite road but in actual site, there's none. The residents would have to drive further up to make a U-turn via the road about, which is a bit of inconvenience plus it may contribute to more traffic to the round about used by Ameera and Oasis residents. I really don't see that they need to do this as this is not a heavy traffic area.

I would like to see your response before talking to the TLS management about this. I spoke to the marketing staff but they claimed they do not know the details.

Seen some of the interior photos shared by the forumers, it's so far so good.
As for the divider, we really need to voice out before TLS open up the road to the general public and handover the project.

To be fair, they said they made some "donation" to the government to build it. I think they never mention they themselves going to build one.

The payment amount depends on how much TLS has claimed from your bank which would determine the amount of loan you need to pay.

Since they advertised that Block C has CF, it should be this month, November.

Good if it's true. There's already a bus stop already built right in front of the shoplots which is next to Ivory Residence and in walking distance. It's better than nothing for sure.
