The place is very well maintained for own stay , but not good for rental as oversupply. Most of the occupancy for Ivory is own stay i believe.

Why the selling price keep dropping? Due to oversupply?

Investors who initially bought it for investment and low rental coupled by oversupply in other condos in the small neighborhood.

I got alot of examples whereby the tenants who stayed feel comfortable then end up buying a unit.
Infact alot of agents told me the tenants prefer to stay here compared to the neighbouring condo like Ameera or Oasis.

i am resident of Block A. i have some issues with the management office and they keep dragging the matter for so long and cannot resolve it for me till now..Does anyone know the committee chairman or treasury contact? i need help from the chairman, treasury to step in to assist in resolving the matter.. please dm me as i need to resolve the matter urgently. thank you
