cashback tabulation is not based on statement cycle.

your 1st and 2nd month statement could've cover transactions in the month of October, so you would see the cashback in HLConnect on 28 November (i.e. would be shown in your next statement on 25 Dec).


Assuming statement cycle: 25th

1st statement: 26 Sep - 25 Oct <-- pray that you didnt spend on the month of Sep
2nd statement: 26 Oct - 25 Nov <-- October transactions ended in this statement. As u said, didnt see any cashback in this statement (on 28 Oct), means you didnt spend on Sep or didnt meet the requirements of min 10xRM50 transactions.
3rd statement: 26 Nov - 25 Dec <-- cashback on 28 Nov, for October transactions

4. Maintenance Category

(a) Cardholders are given the option to change the enrolled categories (excluding Bonus Category). For each change of category, a one-time maintenance service fee (the “Fee”) of Ringgit Malaysia of Ten and Sen Sixty (RM10.60), comprises of maintenance service fee = RM10.00; 6% of GST = RM0.60, will be charged at the point of maintenance.

if i'm not mistaken, category change on/before 25th this month, effective 1st of the following month (1 Dec)

if change after 25th this month (i guess it's by block, so, any days on/before 25th Dec), effective is the following month (1 Jan)

if uncomfortable, you can try other payment sites, but it'll be hit-or-miss cashback. only way is to try and check the statement later if that particular transaction is tagged as UTILITY for Wise.

for Celcom, i paid Celcom Postpaid via UOBPayonline, yes under Mobile.

not sure about other channels, i read someone paid in Celcom Online Customer Service, also Mobile, but wasnt sure what service.

cashback posting date: 28th of the month
cashback viewable in HLconnect: 29th of the month
