Mine is B+ and wife is O+, doc say its quite impossible.

How come? Have anyone experience the same?

p/s don't think my wife commit adultery or something...

Both my parent blood group is treeennnggg... both A+ !!!

So to satisfied the mystery:

Both parent A+ = me:A+

(me:A+) + (wife:O+) = son:A+

So the clinic where I go for pre-marital blood check got my blood wrong

Will do blood test tomorrow to reconfirm this however

Mixed up in private hospital would be almost close to impossible as the baby will be tagged right away after birth in the labor room itself infront of the parents with the tag number being made known to the parents. Tag will only be removed upon discharge.

Not sure about gov hospital procedure on this matter.

impossible according to what i learned before. each human carry 2 alleles, O is always recessive, so you can have BO Allele and your wife OO, so it is impossible....

if you have A alleles, you will have AB blood type not B, for O type the only possibility is OO since it is recessive

possiblity the child is swittched at birth or sample was mislabel

First confirm you, your wife, and kid blood type. If really same like what your first post, then check with hospital if there's mix up.

Lastly the dreaded DNA, see if the baby got you and your wife DNA trace. If only got your wife DNA trace, son, I have a bad news...

check the possibility of wrong blood sample and baby swap case first.

DNA test should be the last step, because it is almost like accuse your wife having adultery. this will hurt your relationship
