Mixed up in private hospital would be almost close to impossible as the baby will be tagged right away after birth in the labor room itself infront of the parents with the tag number being made known to both the parents. Tag will only be removed upon discharge.

Not sure about gov hospital procedure on this matter.

The truth has been revealed:

1) TS mother makan outside, hence blood type not match. (suppose A+ became B+)
2) TS wife makan outside, hence his son blood type not match. (suppose B+ become A+)

Mystery solved.
