1) TS mother makan outside, hence blood type not match. (suppose A+ became B+)
2) TS wife makan outside, hence his son blood type not match. (suppose B+ become A+)

Mystery solved.

I also want to know which clinic do premarital testing can get blood type wrong. these premarital testing is serious because you need to detect HIV and STD, if they can screw blood type, they probably could screw up your hiv std test.
