They offer:-
1. 4% for 4 to 6 mths FD
2. 4.20% for 12 mths FD
subject to min RM10k fresh funds

In fact, Hong Leong Bank offer FD:-
a. 12 mths @ 4.20% or
b. 15 mths @ 4.26% (effective rate) which r as follows:-
i.1 to 9 mths @ 4.10%
ii.10 to 12 mths @ 4.30%
iii.13 to 15 mths @ 4.70%
