dun think he made a gain switching 12 month 3.7% to 15 month 4.33%. losing 3 month interest is not worth it. he should be able to do some calculation.

Can't uplift online but you can get 1 month and 5 days 4% full rate interest.
I uplifted mine 5 days after I opened the account . Got the 4% interest for 5 days.

Closed it when I found out it's not covered by PIDM but when I discovered can earn daily dividend I opened another GIA account with a smaller amount at another Maybank branch 

did not know the gia-i even pay daily interest on early termination.
looking forward to the 6% payout on 11th month.

Do you guys transfer out ur FD money to another bank and back to the original bank to consider as fresh funds?

My PBB FD is going to mature soon, thinking to get the year end promo, however fresh funds only, so means I have to transfer the money out to other bank then back to PBB again to qualify the year end promo.

Is there any other better way to qualify as 'fresh funds'?
