Indeed it is very hard to think of a suitable British manager at this point in time.

Our second place finish was largely due to Suarez and those playing around him : Sturridge, Sterling, Coutinho

Of the five guys speculated, I prefer either Klopp or De Boer, managers who do well without much big money and many big names. Someone said earlier that people like Ancelloti will only go to a club where all the big players are already in place!

Well, whoever it will be, this international break is a good time to bring him in!

Contrary to what some has suggested here, I don't think Klopp has a problem working with a TC/DoF. In fact, I remember reading an article which he says he prefers it that way so he can focus on coaching. That was how he worked at Dortmund with Michael Zorc.

Even if the TC system were to go I wouldn't be surprised to see another DoF installed. Only this time preferably it is someone knows Klopp well. Someone who would buy players that he know fit Klopp's tactics.

We need to bring in the manager ASAP so all the players (whos not on international duty) can familiarize with new tactic and show their characters and personality... brows.gif

All we want is a manager who can get the players to produce results on the field, instead of showing characters and personalities.

It is clear carrager isn't a Brendan Rodgers supporter after last season. and he throws his support on klopp (isn't shy). He doesn't 'go British manager' for the sake of it.

QUOTE

“If it was me I would go for Klopp ahead of Ancelotti. I think he’s got more to prove. Ancelotti is a great manager of course but he’s gone to clubs where you would expect to win trophies.

“It’s a difficult job now at Liverpool getting them back into the top four. Forget talking about the title. And I think it needs someone with that energy and drive to get Liverpool back to where it wants to be and I think Jurgen Klopp’s that man.

“The one worry for Liverpool’s owners is: would Ancelotti or Klopp come now, in the circumstances that are at the club now, where you have the politics inside the club.

Like carrager The bolded part I fear too IF they gang up to go young British manager who would develope young talents.

The part I laugh out loud is there are still LFC fans who hoped Brendan Rodgers be given more time, after all it's only 8games in and even Chelsea is behind us as some of the reasons.

The biggest face palm excuse is Transfers failures are not Brendan Rodgers fault but "Transfer Committee" > they forget Brendan Rodgers SITS in TC. And it's was Rodgers great idea that TC is formed!!! HALO!!
