We do have chances if you ask me but we just couldn't finish the game. Poor finishing overall.

We played okay.. but we lack finishing touch..
Hopefully pato can fill in that gap.. Emre can made a poor clearance for the first goal.. 2nd goal is a mistake by firminho.. but he is not a defensive player.. so its hard to really put the blame on him only... |

QUOTE(zakwanfuad @ Nov 9 2015, 07:39 AM) We played okay.. but we lack finishing touch.. Agreed. I enjoy watching our team playing now compare to last year and they are attacking end to end. Great stuff but still lack of finishing touches. Hopefully pato can fill in that gap.. Emre can made a poor clearance for the first goal.. 2nd goal is a mistake by firminho.. but he is not a defensive player.. so its hard to really put the blame on him only... For the first goal, Emre should close down the player immediately when the opponent dribble the ball in the penalty box. The second goal, nothing can be done because the ball rebounded and nobody was there to kick the ball away. If only Benteke can reach the ball during the corner. All in all, i dont think it is that bad and it is a very positive football. From attacking and defensive point of view. Players are working harder now. |

Yes exactly, it is evident that Klopp has been makong superb changes to our gamplay. It ia pleasing to see that the players are more hardworking than ever. Got to give credit to crystal palace, they were rock solid in defence. So set pieces is the way for them to get a goal. In addition, Bolasie-sakho-zaha combo was a nightmare to our defence.. Congrats to palace for 3 points..but gotta say good job to our lads for not giving up till the final whistle.. |

The legacy of poor defending by previous few years was so obvious from the both goals conceded which were because of slack in defending.
Final third is still the main problem why cannot win games even though dominated the matches in most part. The goals scored was indeed beautiful team play. Ibe lay off a superb throughpass to Clyne (that lead to the goal scored) after Klopp offering his glass during training. |

I don't understand the logic of some fans leaving early.
The goal conceded was at 82 min, and still got 10+ mins to go, and just trailing 1-2, still got chance and hope to turn the match into a draw or win as well, (as it is not the like Liv played extremely bad and being dominated by opponent entirely), certainly not the like losing 0-3 against WH time. As if the logic applied, fans should leave at 3rd min when Chelsea scored last week. |

Seriously, Origi is not good enough even for our bench.
Rossiter shows more promise. Let Texeira play. Ibe needs some tweaking before he can be a much better playing than $terling. Can looks very lost at times. We lacked conviction, sadly so. And lost, deservingly so.. |

Let's take something positive despite the lose. First, players are improving such as Moreno, Sakho (not sure if his injury is serious or not), clyne, lucas, benteke, coutinho, ibe, lallana and can (maybe?).
Second, they play with their heart and passion. Chase the ball up and down and you rather see that with our previous manager. Yes, we lack of creativity in attacking at the final third but this is in progress. Despite the loss, I am happy with the progression. |
