i bought Sanwa MT4 w/ servo (non servo version no stock)
Hobby Wing EZRUN Combo brushless Motor (9T) <--- Dunno what blink.gif
Zippy LiPo Batt (4000mAh)
RC Power Charger BC6 <--- this thing is a bit alien to me hahaha..
*
Ah cool.. We got almost the same electronics setup.. 9T mean 9 turn motor.. The lower the turn the faster the car goes if im not mistaken.. For example with the 9T motor the pinion gear turn 9 times for the wheel to make a complete turn.. And for a 5.5T motor the pinion turn 5.5 times in order for the wheel to turn a complete rotation.. I think its some where along that line.. Correct me if im wrong.. BC6 is the same fast charger as mine.. Its alright i guess..

to balance charge ur batt first u have to connect the white connector from ur batt to a balance adapter on the charger. then u should select the lipo balance program for the batt type on the charger and set it to 2S 7.4v. and the current should be set to max 1.0v. then u press the start button for 3 second and it should start charging. when it start charging u can press the right arrow button and it should tell u the voltage of each cell of the batt. the only way for u to check ur voltage is to use a voltage indicator or if im not mistaken u can check it thru ur remote.. dont fret if it say that ur voltage per cell is 4.2v(which total to 8.4V and not 7.4V), that is normal. 4.2v per cell is the max tho. hope that helps.. let me know if it works.

Yea.. Sorry 1.0A usually i use 1.0A max for balance charging. I'm not really sure regarding the remote as i haven't even unbox it yet .. tongue.gif its suppose to be my birthday present to myself and my bday is not till the end of the week.. haha.. lame.. try checking this video out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=crY7y0iNkvY I think on the RPM interface u can check the voltage of the batt at the top left corner of the display.. i think.. I'm not really sure.. and also try reading the manual..

Added on December 6, 2011, 12:26 ambut that could be the batt in the remote itself.. tongue.gif i could be wrong..

Yup. i got the MT4 aswell.. hehe.. yeah.. im guessing the rx voltage is the same voltage in the lipo batt.. set the cut off point to 3.5v per cell on ur ESC using the program card.. try not to let the batt go lower then that.. some otai usually set it at 3v per cell.. once the batt goes down to 3.5v the esc automatically cut of the power and u need to charge it then.. def. dont let the batt goes down below 3v per cell.. it might get into deep discharge and might not be able to charge it back up.. that is what i was told anyway.. heheh tongue.gif

@bro calvin.

wah.. for ur gf is it.? how much u get it for.?

Hey bro.. If u living in kl there is afew shop u can lool at like rcsmart and rcstation. They have a shop in kota damansara.. For 2nd hand can try forum like malaysia rc or D1-10. They got a WTS thread there.. As to ur 2nd anr 3rd question.. Most remote and servo work like that.. The more u pull the thorttle or turn the wheel on the remote.. The more power and turning u get.. Ask for tool. Normal tool is enought to start building ur chassis. Hope that helps.. Cheers..
*
Yeah.. that helps a lot.. thank you very much bro!
Need to reg at Malaysia RC and D1-10..
And i assume my budget (1k-1.5k) is more than enough based on long explaination by cool drifters here..
And im living at shah alam.. i know Hobby Performance Centre at Glenmarie Sec.U1.. is that shop good?
