QUOTE(Calvin789 @ Sep 6 2011, 04:53 PM) hi guys.... im hooked to these RC cars ... i dont noe any thing about choosing and about modding a car .. can teach? what is your budget? first you need a starter car..are you interested in touring or drifting? touring is normal racing and drifting is well, drifting. QUOTE(akira de aimbuster @ Sep 9 2011, 03:51 PM) Hi sifus, I am wondering is there any shop that listed in the link below sell cheapo spare part (secondhand also okay, using for FYP) rc that uses fuel usually uses nitro instead of gasolinehttp://www.rcbuddies.com/rc-shops/ I am looking for the fuel injecting system (whats the correct name by the way? http://www.rctech.net/forum/nitro-road-3/ try to look here I also malas to search |

QUOTE(Shiniz @ Sep 11 2011, 08:44 PM) the usual recommendations are HSP flying fish and vantex/mantexbut remember this is a poisonous world, you might get sucked in to get better chassis later try to ask here, http://www.facebook.com/groups/d110rc/ i am still quite new so i dont know the technique and rules of touring but your usual drift car can be used for touring but I dont know about the chassis tuning, haha different kind of racing needs different type of setup so you might want a separate chassis and there is also CS mods for advanced drift later where the rear tyre spins faster than the front.I dont know if it is suitable for touring |

QUOTE(denieru @ Oct 16 2011, 04:34 PM) hey guys, i think i've posted in this forum long time ago... i cant really remember. anyway, wanna share my car with you all. comments and critics are welcome PERGH!from this, [attachmentid=2487485] to this, [attachmentid=2487489] using this body, [attachmentid=2487490] then change to this, [attachmentid=2487491] [attachmentid=2487492] sprayed the same body with rubine red just few weeks ago. didnt take any photo of the car before turning it into a hellaflush subaru. here is the hellaflushed impreza [attachmentid=2487512] my brother did the same to his evo [attachmentid=2487555] sticker bombed it, *bad quality stickers as i printed it out myself [attachmentid=2487525] [attachmentid=2487558] a photo from yesterday's drifting competition. today is the final but too bad i have no transport to go and watch [attachmentid=2487531] Added on October 16, 2011, 5:09 pm I'll recommend Vantex T2 (design copied Xray T2) and Vantex 416/HL518 (both are same cars. design copied tamiya 416). T2 and 416/518 are both great cars. very popular now as they are cheap and parts widely available. You can get those cars as RTR set from lelong.com.my for about rm350+-. But dont forget, you need a front-one-way to ease your drifting. and also, a locked rear diff for more drift angle. ohh and also a high capacity battery to play longer! as for beginner, CS setup is too hard... even for myself how did you make the rust design? nice weh and you mod your rc from GP to EP? 0_0 QUOTE(jaylike7 @ Oct 19 2011, 10:24 AM) are you regular drifter in MOD track? i'm regular drifter there as well, my name is Jay known in MOD track..... Fixed video, i will go MOD track tonight for some drifting actions, anyone wanna drop by and have a look? here is the track layout (i featured in the video as well, the blue 180sx |

there's also a clone for HPI E10.
can easily be adjusted to front motor mount, it is shaft driven though, not really a popular choice for RC drifting machines |
