congrats on your purchase , please remember to put CA glue on the side of the carbon deck to hold the deck together(avoid delamination) also insulate the edge coz it is eletric conductive. some said it will cause your car glitch without sealing it.

you can google around "CA glue on carbon fibre deck" it show u how and why to do it.

first of all, i really dont know anything about rc drift
or anything about rc..
until this 2 weeks when i 'jalan-jalan' at this lyn forum, i found this thread..
this stuff really caught my attention.. and want to try it..

i have couple questions, but not about beginner package, budget, etc..etc.. i think i have my target when i read about 50% from this thread. (sakit mata la, 95 pages lorr..)

my question:
1. where can i get the 2nd parts (chasis, motor, suspension etc..)??
izzit shop? individual? online??
2. when we turn the steering at controller a little (hahaha, i know im noob).. izzit the front tire turn a little?? same goes to throttle.. half throttle = half power, full throttle = full power???
3. tool kit a must buy? (plyer, scewdriver etc..)

so, thats all right now in my mind..
if i have other question, ill ask from pro here..
btw, my age above 30... boleh ka??.. ahh.. dont care la.. pigi mampus la itu bising-bising punya olang..

my target, important component buy 2nd hand, cos new one not cheap..
then support/small component buy new..

of cos depend on my wallet.. if new important component i can afford it, why not la kan..
right now my target 1k - 1.5k.. and i want sumthing worth it until going to upgrade..

Hey bro.. If u living in kl there is afew shop u can lool at like rcsmart and rcstation. They have a shop in kota damansara.. For 2nd hand can try forum like malaysia rc or D1-10. They got a WTS thread there.. As to ur 2nd anr 3rd question.. Most remote and servo work like that.. The more u pull the thorttle or turn the wheel on the remote.. The more power and turning u get.. Ask for tool. Normal tool is enought to start building ur chassis. Hope that helps.. Cheers..

one Q: what is balance charging for LiPo? i charge first then balance or balance first then charge?

Alamak.. So u get the upgrade part already.? Balance charging usually done while u charging.. But it takes abit longer.. It balance the voltage of the cell in the lipo batt. So that, in ur case 2cell have the same voltage. It also jaga the performence of the batt. Its best to balance charge it once every week.. But i try to do it everytime i charge.. Unless rushing to use the batt. Hehe..

yup.. i bought wide angle UJ.. so i feel very confuse with this charger thingy hahaha.. seem like complicated.. last time play mini 4wd just use wall plug n charge until lampu green
time to read manual coz there is normal charging, balance charging n fast charging n so many other setting dunno wtfomgbbq.. hahahaha..

oh.. i also bought alu servo horn.. seem like the screw type kinda loose after a few spin .. so i bought clamp type alu servo horn..

Haha.. I got problem with the charger alswell in the beginning.. But get use to it.. Fast charging is just like what it says. Fast.. Within an hour it should be full. For example, for a 5000mah, u can crank up the voltage to 5.0 on the charger during fast charging. For balance charging is just like what i say earlier.. Try and do it everytime u can.

Watchout with a clone chassis.. The screw usually easy to get loose.. What electronics did u get.?
