Generally, the buyers are highly educated, mature and sophisticated. Quietly observing all the members, I noted some are good politicians, some good negotiators, some shrewd businessmen and some great LEADERS. With ES, EW aspires to be a high-end luxurious developer. It has a steep learning curve ahead. Where all the fine details need to be carefully scrutinized and executed. I can see that EW is striving very hard in this aspect. With enough perseverance, EW will reach the acclaimed status soon. Sharing the top echelon with the likes of high-end luxurious developers E&O, BRDB and SDB.
