EW can engage the best ID for all their show gallery.  Even a temporary EW show gallery looks premium.  Not only that...their brochure looks premium too.  LKS always emphasize on delivery.  So finding the right ID for their premium product is their job.

am not too fancy on the ID, as unit will come with bare during VP

however EW is making premium product in ES, so the rising of show houses will be the first impression and to woo all potential buyer
above is only my thought, there were a family just inked the offer letter on saturday right after the show house visit

boss i think u are referring to type A (pavilion), if yes then agree that it should come with bigger size in order for owner to really have the best design of pavilion type.
lease/free is depends on individual, some friends are .... leasehold ?? siam !!
pricing wise, for sake of more choices for potential buyer, can you suggest any project that offer such township planning/green/concept/size in 1m price tag ?

1088 units of condo in 22 acres, 11 acres assigned for green + blue, 700psft    big land and huge green+blue assigned for 1088 units is what i thought EW to justify such pricing.

workmanship is poor !!!!! but owners now are trying to talk to EW, in info gathering stage yet, in case you are interested to drop a comment, kindly refer to post #1014   
and no doubt poor ID EW should improve tough, however unit comes bare during VP. but still ID in show houses should gain a WOW from potential purchaser, but this is not happening but get complaintssssss instead, faint   

In terms of  room of capital appreciation, i still believe canal city this area will be great after 2018.
My view in this area, is quite balance of commercial, lifestyle and green feature.
From photo, you will know soon EcoSanctuary have many office tower and convention center.
Even Rimbayu 48 shop lot already sold out last month. Year end have another 88 units launch also.
Tropicana is attracting some big tenant come in too.

But in terms of launching of Eco Sanctuary, seriously having disappointed about the rush on workmanship and the landscape quality.

IMHO, For the Eco Sanctuary not really selling very expensive, consider reasonable. for super link (24*85 / 26*80) for around 1.1mil with provided nice landscape and environment.
Besides, EW bought the land more expensive than another 2 developers.
So can expect the spec will be middle range. if too high premium spec and quality, maybe EW no much earn already 
Unless they sell super link 1.3mil, else no much complaint for me, but can feedback for improvement 

Yup the low cost units will be landed on TA (hence leaving 100% of the land in ES for their premium dev) but I understand that the cost is shared by EW too.

Oh no. The real story is... I send President Wong's car for service and President Wong drives another car to the service centre and I then chauffer him all the way to ES and then on duty as a tea boy.

Further to what has been summarized by pokerprince. I believe a lot of owners are keen to know the status of the recommendation list. Status as per highlighted in red.

As what had been previously shared by Jason gor. EW does read the forum. Ms Hoe is well up-to-date on the details in the recommendation list. As she has all the answers to our questions. During the course of discussion, I notice Ms Hoe is at odd with her assistant over some issues. Even with face-to-face communication, miscommunication does happen. She jokingly brushes it aside.

Coincidentally, Dato Chang was at the show village and he acknowledged our presence. 

Got to know more on Ms Hoe in person. I must say she is a down-to-earth and approachable person. She portrays professionalism of the highest level. Never in the heat of the discussion, she shows any air of arrogance or distaste. She accepts our questions with a wide smile and friendly face. Adopting an open-mind and non-defensive stance, she handles all the tough questions with flair. Naturally, she makes us all feel at ease. Ms Hoe, if u r are reading this, we are proud of u. Keep up the good work!!

Having a tight schedule ahead of her, she patiently accompanies us for a quick walk-around the show houses. Where all the defects are highlighted and photographs taken.

Personally, I strongly believe that all questions raised are valid and reasonable. Every one is passionately involved because at the end of the day, all that we ask is QUALITY.

Moving forward, I believe EW will tread more carefully.
ES buyers are a discerning lot. Where all informations are processed and weighed carefully. Any mistake is quickly punished. Generally, the buyers are highly educated, mature and sophisticated. Quietly observing all the members, I noted some are good politicians, some good negotiators, some shrewd businessmen and some great LEADERS.

With ES, EW aspires to be a high-end luxurious developer. It has a steep learning curve ahead. Where all the fine details need to be carefully scrutinized and executed. I can see that EW is striving very hard in this aspect. With enough perseverance, EW will reach the acclaimed status soon. Sharing the top echelon with the likes of high-end luxurious developers E&O, BRDB and SDB. It took them a painstaking 20years to build SP Setia, amazingly it just took them 3years to repeat the feat with EW. For sure they will be at the top soon.

Incidentally, we started off with the common objective and let's strive towards that common goal. Let us all work hand-in-hand with EW, invest a little bit of our time. Continuously engage and feedback. In this age and time, we are no longer demanding for four walls and a roof over our heads. As we progress, we search for the little luxury of a DREAM HOME. A DREAM COMMUNITY where all residents live in peace and harmony. With EW willingly playing a supporting role.

Let the past stays in the past. From here, lets move forward as the future is bright. We have done what need to be done. Messages have been conveyed and noted. We have got all the attention needed. Let EW reflect on their past mistakes and learn to improve from there on. Continuous bickering and negativity will lead us to a path of destruction. In conclusion, we need to act rationally and contructively.
