I suggest water fountain at the common roundabout before entering to Monterez.  This way, everyone can enjoy it including upcoming phase 2 residential.  Then replace current design of common roundabout with Terraza which is plain green grass.

Only if ES can build similar roundabout as EM (70% similarity will do), we will have many happy ES owners.

Har, ES not even complete yet and not any project by Eco itself except Eco Botanic is shapening up. Cannot comment yet and I see some see-ing Eco = Setia in their opinion but IMO, I see its not.

But very hard to compare a big dev vs big dev in certain comparison due to number of houses built in a year and track of history.

Ya it's a possibility cos the Terraza clubhouse is the highest point in the Parcel 1 and Parcel 2. If not mistaken is 13-14ft above sea level.

Latest update from google earth 12th Aug 2015. I found out something peculiar. It's not exactly what we had been led to believe.

From Google earth, we can clearly see the outline of Terraza and clubhouse. Clubhouse is at the lowest point(11m, refer pic1). Surprisingly type B is the highest(38m, refer pic2)

Sad to say, type C and D near to clubhouse(11-18m)
