Well I feel it will be slightly affected due to the Central Lake spearheaded by Tropicana. The whole of ES-TA eco-living concept hinges on the Central Park. A successful Central Park will increase the value of the properties(just like what it did to DPC).

The cost of the Central Park construction will be borne by both developers on a predetermined cost-sharing formula. Every ES/TA buyers should be deeply concerned by it as they are contributing towards the cost of construction.

As u would have known, there are signs of trouble within Tropicana. Corporate restructuring and senior management staffs leaving the company are not doing any good either. Departure of sales and marketing head, Pam Loh and recently Datuk Kong. Even the CEO who came onboard in 2012 was relatively new in property scene. Founder Danny Lim had recently retired from the corporate scenes and his son who took over lacks experience in running the company.
