As what had been previously shared by Jason gor. EW does read the forum. Ms Hoe is well up-to-date on the details in the recommendation list. As she has all the answers to our questions. During the course of discussion, I notice Ms Hoe is at odd with her assistant over some issues. Even with face-to-face communication, miscommunication does happen. She jokingly brushes it aside.
Coincidentally, Dato Chang was at the show village and he acknowledged our presence.
Got to know more on Ms Hoe in person. I must say she is a down-to-earth and approachable person. She portrays professionalism of the highest level. Never in the heat of the discussion, she shows any air of arrogance or distaste. She accepts our questions with a wide smile and friendly face. Adopting an open-mind and non-defensive stance, she handles all the tough questions with flair. Naturally, she makes us all feel at ease. Ms Hoe, if u r are reading this, we are proud of u. Keep up the good work!!
Having a tight schedule ahead of her, she patiently accompanies us for a quick walk-around the show houses. Where all the defects are highlighted and photographs taken.
Personally, I strongly believe that all questions raised are valid and reasonable. Every one is passionately involved because at the end of the day, all that we ask is QUALITY.
Moving forward, I believe EW will tread more carefully.
ES buyers are a discerning lot. Where all informations are processed and weighed carefully. Any mistake is quickly punished. Generally, the buyers are highly educated, mature and sophisticated. Quietly observing all the members, I noted some are good politicians, some good negotiators, some shrewd businessmen and some great LEADERS.
With ES, EW aspires to be a high-end luxurious developer. It has a steep learning curve ahead. Where all the fine details need to be carefully scrutinized and executed. I can see that EW is striving very hard in this aspect. With enough perseverance, EW will reach the acclaimed status soon. Sharing the top echelon with the likes of high-end luxurious developers E&O, BRDB and SDB. It took them a painstaking 20years to build SP Setia, amazingly it just took them 3years to repeat the feat with EW. For sure they will be at the top soon.
Incidentally, we started off with the common objective and let's strive towards that common goal. Let us all work hand-in-hand with EW, invest a little bit of our time. Continuously engage and feedback. In this age and time, we are no longer demanding for four walls and a roof over our heads. As we progress, we search for the little luxury of a DREAM HOME. A DREAM COMMUNITY where all residents live in peace and harmony. With EW willingly playing a supporting role.
Let the past stays in the past. From here, lets move forward as the future is bright. We have done what need to be done. Messages have been conveyed and noted. We have got all the attention needed. Let EW reflect on their past mistakes and learn to improve from there on. Continuous bickering and negativity will lead us to a path of destruction. In conclusion, we need to act rationally and contructively.
