In terms of design, put aside the ID which I think some units in EM show houses are overdone but that's not my concern as what I get is the bare unit upon delivery of vacant possession. In terms of facade, that pretty much depends on individual too.  I personally would prefer ES over EM in this aspect and I think ES facade and architectural design are outstanding.  Quality of workmanship is rather premature to comment at this stage as they have yet to have any completed project thus far.  We shall be objective and very clear that inferior material used (if that's the case) is not the same as poor quality of workmanship.

Again on the material used, I would leave this part to comment when I have personally sighted the show house.  Nevertheless, based on some pictures shared in this thread it appears there is room to improve further.

Bro, I eagerly want to visit the show village too as I want to see what "ummh" effects that ES can bring given this is the premium product that EW offers.  I wish that I can make the visit next Saturday as the Conference falls on Sunday but I'm thinking to go to HomeDec to 6c6c too on Saturday - so haven't decided yet.

Trust me bro, EW SA do read the forum and they are well aware of what we discuss and I believe they will take all those valid points into consideration.  Expectation management is an area they shall never disregard and the impact could be detrimental.

Basically, you can notice the defects even in a fully ID unit. And these defects they can't cover up with the ID. Scratches all over the timber strips, uneven tiles, gap between tiles, paint on door panel and timber strips. Evidence of showdy workmanship.

So the question now that ES needs to answer. Are they able to deliver quality end-products upon VP? As what can be seen, a simple show village also they can't deliver up to standard. What more can they do?

Seriously, I think the staff may (or I shall use the word MUST) get screwed up kau kau!  I can't imagine EW can tolerate such things! 

From another perspective, shall I say the project team in EM is doing much better job than ES one?

But got the lake inside the compound, greenery, landscaping, pavilion, observation deck, low density etc
Also at less then rm700/sqf
