So wat i mean was u are good in saving $ in reno, keeping $ to buy other properties for investment instead.

Personally, I think the timber strips and stair case not the major work in this context. Anyhow, can reflect your opinion to ES.

If my memory serves me correctly, there are no such colour timber flooring in EM. Wondering why EW choose this color instead...

Why it is a shame to recommend good ID for them? 

I presume ES should do a survey to collect the response about the ID work.

Speaking of ID, yeah I share the same view that EM show units are overdone but EkoSky I found it nice and Eco Terraces I'm quite satisfied too.  I wonder whether it employed the same ID company for all projects.  EW probably can have another survey and contest (why not?) on the best interior designed units - give chance to its buyers to win some prize

Lol, not quite, I frequently come across show house is bare unit woh, ID suppose to "beautify" it and gives a "wow" impression. 

Apparently, from your perception, they fail to do so. Therefore, doing a survey can get a collective view from most of the visitors..   

By the way, since interior quality of the house is so important for you, rather than township planning / landscape amenities, before you purchase the 2 units in ES, you never visit any of their past project for reference?

Generally I'm not too perturbed by the ID. For me, it doesn't make or break the deal. Generally the ID will give one an idea on how to decor the house in the future. It's just for reference. Nice to see, but not important. As the case in point, all landed most of the times are handed as bare units without any ID.

What all of us need to look is at the bare unit show house. Regardless whether it's cheapskate brand or branded. We will get exactly the same as the bare unit show house(my understanding from SA). Meaning if it's cheapskate brand in show house, end product when VP is also the same cheapskate brand. So all the brand of sanitary wares, type of wall switches etc currently in the show house are exactly what we going to get.

Hence, the debacle whether the show house is temporary or permanent is a no-concern.

After the visit, I quite worry about this Project. The location, workmanship, poor ID, leasehold and the PRICE especially.

Superlink house due to design issue doesn't have the feel of 24' width. Any conventional 22' width look more spacious. The maid room and toilet in the middle of the house.

High rise also RM700/sqft in such location can consider lot of good freehold places in puchong, OKR and even Bukit Jalil.

Same goes to Bangalow. 3.2mil leasehold at such location and RM1k maintenance each month.

I think what EW promote is the club house and greenery and individual strata title. I think for retirees is more suitable as they no need to care much about the location and maybe they have more times enjoying the greenery and facilities over there by paying so much every month. Don't forget the monthly maintenance now is just the starting figure and it will increase from time to time.

More suitable for own stay instead of investment. But personally feel even own stay also will find something have bigger room of capital appreciation.

We are getting the bare unit, if you think ID is not good you can always get a better one...
