Because one reason is I have studied FCT extensively, and have witnessed the fact that FCT's dpu GROWS over time. Secondly, there is an AEI running now in one of the major mall assets, and when the AEI is completed in August 2017, I have strong conviction that the dpu will grow.

The price has dropped recently,.. and is still continuing to drop because insts are selling. It's in their SOP - they MUST SELL because of the current events. You and I got no SOP !
