Not good to go with KE for the ASX then ! Then I would think they don't have an online platform for us to buy and sell ASX counters, right ? Need to call their dealers ?
*
I was told similar charges ($2/counter/mth for foreign custody fee) if opening with dbsV.

but I guess I will open dbsV to buy Sg shares only whereas use Std Ctd to buy foreign shares like US shares, Aussies shares, HK shares etc. on the recent trip, I had asked the Std Ctd to update so that I may trade Aussies shares. Just get ready in case there is opportunity. tongue.gif must think ahead of time too tongue.gif

Gentlemen,... the thing abt this ctr is it has a growing dpu trend, and the mgmt. knows what unitholders want. I attended her AGM in January this yr,.. just before CNY,... you guys should try to attend AGMs next year,... you can get a lot of feel when you're there,....AGM season for SG listed cos are mostly in April, but some do hold during other times of the year, eg

1) FCT in January.
2) Singpost in July.

If you bought through Maybank KE and it's a nominee account, you will have to depend on them to handle this, bro,... BUT if you have a CDP Number used to buy this share, then you can approach the share registry directly. If you are able to approach the share registry directly, then yo can fill-in the W8-BEN Form by yourself and submit it to the share registry.

BUT : when you first opened your account with KE, did you not fill-in the W8-BEN Form already ?? Pls confirm this.

If you are not a U.S citizen and you are investing in U.S equities offshore, they should send you a form.
Otheriwse you should sack him. It's standard procedure. biggrin.gif

Firstly, we are the 1st investment platform to offer you a permanent 0% sales charge on ALL FUNDS. This will help you to achieve your financial goals more easily, while enjoying precious cost savings.

We have launched the brand new FSM MAPS (My Assisted Portfolio Solution) robo-advisory portfolios. FSM MAPS provides five ready-made investment portfolios to investors who want to invest without stress. The sales charge on FSM MAPS is 0%.

FSMOne now enables immediate execution on selected bonds with the revamped FSM Bond Express platform. In addition, instead of investing a minimum investment amount of S$250,000 in a wholesale bond, accredited investors can now invest with a much smaller investment amount of S$5,000.

Also, FSMOne now allows you to trade in stocks and ETFs listed on the Singapore Exchange and Hong Kong Exchange at low and competitive commission rates. In the spirit of greater transparency in fees and information, you will also find the fee and commission rebate structure on our insurance products to be simple and clear.

So, in short, the new FSMOne experience is about giving you greater ease and power to achieve your financial goals!
