I have the problem as well after updated to pre-released firmware.. so now roll back to official firmware and everything ok again

Just don't understand why are u all still stick with this expensive but really buggy phones. This phones got nothing to offer with no apps & games at all.

Luckily you had learn your lesson. Its a terrible handphone. Not worth at all.

There are 300000 app available but honestly only their quality mostly poorer vs Android n IOS
I can find all the app I commonly used n so is not a big issue

Having the same problem before, i took out the sim card, on the phone, disable data, put back sim, enable it again. and it work fine now.

yup, thats what i did. reseat the sim.

Ok I will try updating my Nokia Lumia 1020 which I bought 3 years ago just to test the camera. Still keeping this phone just for experimental purpose
