Hi all is it normal to have wind noise when driving over 120km/hr??

Just bought and fixed the Drop Stopper in between my seat & handbrake console.
It will help to prevent my phone, coins or keys to fall down between the gap.
Recommend a buy as it is cheap and useful.

I just want to check whether the alternator still in good working condition or not. Is there a way I can do this on my own?

Another thing, Is resetting the ECU necessary once change to new battery?

Higher profile tyres will certainly add comfort. All those rough road surface gets dampened a little bit more adding to comfort. I'm not sure about noise levels. That may be the same cos noise levels depend on thread pattern & tyre compound.

Take note in general any increase in comfort will be at the compromise of handling. In your case there will be slight decrease in handling. But if you are not a spirited driver you'll hardly notice it. Comfort levels will certainly be noticeable. Btw do inform SC to reset ECU, tyre profile changes do affect vehicle speed indications.

I am on Goodyear Excellence same size as MC5. This tyre although same profile as original tyres, is a lot more comfortable. Now all the potholes around my housing don't feel that jarring. Very pleased with this tyre and it's slightly cheaper, $340 a piece. Remember I said comfort will be at the expense of handling. On these tyres, there  is slight high speed instability beyond 150kmh.Not that you can't exceed 150kmh, the car is not as planted as with MC5, there is slight float tendency. As our roads are not safe for such speeds I usually don't , therefore I find this tyre just right for me!

Since you are spirited driver & also high speeds, PS4 is better choice for you. You are lucky man..... every time I go beyond 150kmh my wife will start wayang kulit.....hehehe!

Note changing compressor alone is not sufficient,consenser must also be changed. This shop proved it to me. My condenser was removed and tested. It was 40% blocked & leaking.

With Peugeots, to remove condenser, whole dashboard & steering must be removed. I was worried will end up with tikus sound when dashbôard is assembled. Happy to say, no tikus sound , did 100km yesterday.

I'm going to need to change 4 of my tyres soon. Any suggestion? Would be better if it is more affordable than the original continentals (turbo model). I'm in JB area. Also, anyone experienced steering with slight vibration at speeds above 120KM/h but it slowly fades off once the speed passes 150 km/h. Also, when it's vibrating, you can feel somehow the steering is loose, where in you turn a little bit but there's no response. Thank you in advance.

If you are a high speed driver, Continentals are good value for money. Michelin are better ,but more expensive.

If you want to reduce cost, try Goodyear Excellence. These are more comfortable than Conti, but compromise is on high speed. Not much ,but slight highspeed instability at speeds above 150kmh.

My car now at setia alam service center for enhancement since Tuesday.  They can only do 8/9 items though. Should get my car back on Monday, but thanks to najib now it most likely have to be Tuesday. Damn sucks to not have my lion during this long holiday.  Also booked an appointment at Kota damansara two weeks later for the 9th recall item. Hopefully they have stock. I'm going to see if I qualify for 7 year warranty during this time since I should have completed all the enhancements. Need to fix my turbo, something wrong with the hose or blowoff. 2 engine faults showing. Fuel consumption is about 12l/100km,way over the original spec of 8l/100km. And thats me driving like a nanny. Also my ride and handling sucks balls, even my myvi rides better. I think the front absorbers are jammed. My steering wobbles over uneven roads, ride is very bouncy, feels like I'm not glued to the road. I don't see any leaks on absorber so I dunno if can claim warranty if there's no visible damage?

This is so typical of Naza. A lot of ppl are not happy with Naza poor customer support. This is also partly the reason pug RV is poor.

Anyway if your car is running well, don't bother about 7year warranty. Mine on 6th year now and running well. I am not taking the 7yeär warranty. Some sensors like ABS or Coolant sensor may go faulty. These sensors are not very expensive, cost around $200/- Recently I changed turbo inlet pipe, cost $480/-.

One thing I can say is my car is better maintained now with outside workshop. The quality of work is much better than at SC. The problem is fixed, car doesn't come back with new problems!
