default is DIN55 ... DIN75 also can fit (if size can fit then ok already) ..
i use DIN75 before ... is slightly longer than DIN55 jer ..
but price wise .. not worth it ..
so i stick with DIN55 ..
century is the longest life span .. so far i use .. 1 year ++ still ok (DIN55 and still working) ..
but DIN75 last time 1 year 2 month gg.com already ..

Allow me to share my experience with 408 NA. My pug is in the 6th year now. Most people will agree that 408 NA has a proven engine with less issues.

1) So far, I only have issue with the cooling coil. Claimed twice during the warranty period. Other than that, I don't encountered any other major issue apart from the windscreen screen side rubber garnish worn off (probably due to the hot weather). I change ATF every 20,000km. This is only one of few tips given by other owners to take care the pug. Outside the warranty period, I have changed 1 ABS sensor, fuel pump and top engine mounting. On the car battery, I got to replace every 13 to 14 months on average.

2) For daily KL city + highway drive, full tank shall lasts for about 450 km to 500km for me. Its all depending on your driving style.

3) There is no extended warranty up to 7 years for NA model. I suggest you to check with Service Center on the service record to ensure the 3+2 years extended warranty is still valid for this car that you are eyeing. The warranty shall lasts until 2019. For 408 NA, there is a cooling coil recall, but the is no expiry date to claim this part. You can call the Naza carline to check as well.

4) Same as point 3, suggest to check with the SC for the past service record. If you know any car mechanic, maybe can bring him along to view the car. I would say the maintenance costs for pug is on the high side as compare to some Japanese cars. If you are in Klang Valley, there are a few reliable pug workshops around. The costs will be cheaper as compare to SC.

My first cooling coil replacement under the Extended Warranty Period, I got to leave my car at SC Balakong for about 2 weeks plus. Cos they need to get the insurance company's adjuster to come and check the part. The insurance company need to approve the claim first before SC can start replace the cooling coil.

The second cooling coil replacement under the recall was being done early this year. It took less than a week.

Yes, they need to remove the dashboard. Now my dashboard got a bit sound (loose part) already 😡

The power window motor may be about to kong. Have it checked out with Renautech. If they are busy try the guys below.

for item (3) have you replace the cooling coil under the recall? you mentioned in item (1) that you replaced the cooling coil twice under warranty, how long SC took to do the replacement?

I call SC Glenmarie for appointment on the recall and they told me need to left car for 3-4 days coz dashboard need to be removed for cooling coil replacement, True?
