that is Mbps, so roughly around 100~200KBps. (It's slow I assure you) Can't even stream youtube at 480p without having to wait for minutes.
Students are complaining because the price is rather expensive for a hostel. If we are talking about apartments people wouldn't mind at all. |

I think what SRC should do is to nego for a good acceptable speed with FOC fee. Anything higher can be chargeable. What constitute a good acceptable rate, they have to do some work Students are complaining because the price is rather expensive for a hostel. Students are complaining because the price is rather expensive for a hostel.
