Do you still have data for normal usage? I mean fast data from 7.01am till 12.59pm.. I guess if we used up those data.. they will flag us..

- Tonight if i manage to stay awake.. i'll update 3G and 4G speed.

- I left 367mb normal hrs fast data.

Ah got back my burung hantu speeds. What i did was went straight to blue cube and asked politely and they made a report. Don't waste your time calling 1111. Cc won't admit is their fault. Btw when i first started to use burung hantu speeds never below 20mbps both upload n download. Location kuching sarawak.

UPDATED:Never mind i know the reason now, during burung hantu time i will get 3G only. Speechless to celcom!

Try set your phone to use only 4G/LTE.

Nice speed.. mine 3G not Youtube keep buffering while 4G ok.
Speedtest results:-
3G - 0.5~1.7mpbs
4G - 3.5~5mpbs

Consider very good as this is Free usage

Don't know what celcom is doing but if you have not misused the line, just walk into any blue cube or celcom service center to make a complain like me. Play nice first. Do update us.

Yea free but they promised unlimited 4g usage. Add long as you don't misuse the line.

Sometimes i wakeup around 2 or 3am online (maybe once a week) for Youtube only.. maybe my area signal problem

Both used to download 1xxgb monthly.lol

Test again this morning.speedtest 1250am I got 5.9mb
Speedtest 130am I got 0.11mb

Both connect to 4G/LTE for both the test?

Walk in to blue cube or service center to report this. They can't publicly admit you use too much data cause it's unlimited data. Don't bother calling 1111 waste of time ask you do basic troubleshooting when is not user end problem. Do update us on what reason they going give you.
