Hah i think i got sim flagged too. I can get lte on 7am-1am after 1am-7am i get locked to 3g only. Bloody hell. Looks like celcom is starting to clamp down on ppl. Dono how they select this but i am definately one of em.

Barely 600mb on burung hantu and 300mb on monthly 1.5g quota.

No diff ler restart phone, use auto or lock to 4g. The thing is when burung hantu time start automatically jump to 3g. H+ is the fastest i can get. After burung hantu habis jump back to lte.

This is my current speed now on lte. Will update burung hantu speeds later. And I lodge a complaint to celcom already. See how.

Ah got back my burung hantu speeds. What i did was went straight to blue cube and asked politely and they made a report. Don't waste your time calling 1111. Cc won't admit is their fault. Btw when i first started to use burung hantu speeds never below 20mbps both upload n download. Location kuching sarawak.

Don't know what celcom is doing but if you have not misused the line, just walk into any blue cube or celcom service center to make a complain like me. Play nice first. Do update us.

Walk in to blue cube or service center to report this. They can't publicly admit you use too much data cause it's unlimited data. Don't bother calling 1111 waste of time ask you do basic troubleshooting when is not user end problem. Do update us on what reason they going give you.

Ahah chill first. If hansapkuay use it to p2p its is fault cause its clearly stated in tnc. But then he had not said anything but he used 1xxgb on the line. So how he wiggle out frm this is his own ingenuity.

Ha good. Btw you have to go make report first only rant ma. When i first encounter this i called but cc put me on hold for 30mins then tell me do the basic troubleshooting and bs. Matharfarker man i ready did told them i have done d still ask to do this do that. But when i walk in blue cube and asked them why line get throttled, no need talk alot they checked on the spot and made a report. All done in 5mins. At the end of the day pukimak call center celcom xboleh harap langsung. After using maxis digi and celcom, maxis call center still number one. Pity they got poor pricing&plan or not i won't bother changing to other.

Cs always won't want to create report one. Give you all kind stupid basic troubleshooting. When i ask the cs to reset my connection from thier end the operator say no such function. Matafuarker i straight fire him back why postpaid got magic sim don't have? He just told no idea. Damn pissed off and even put me on hold 30mins can hear him yawning samo.

Well so far i still have 2tb of quota. So i won't know if its changed to 10gb till the next refresh.i still hope i have 2tb. I only use xpax to play game and occasionally dl steam games. Heavy streaming still using screamyx line.
