Why this burung hantu so funny , today I download 1 file speed slow , download 2 files speed gets faster but still slower than usual? I feel not stable .. Usually 2mb/s today 500 only .. Aih

Too Many users in that area. If the speed is around 15-20, I consider it pretty good

Try lock network to LTE 2600mhz. LTE band 7 design for speed not for coverage.

If u using idm.
U can set it to shut down pc at a scheduled time.

Just wana share.
If yall using android for hotspot.
U can download this apps called "automate".
Then download setting for burung hantu by ijat.
Turn it on and your hotspot will auto on
From 1 to 7am.
This will avoid yr 1.5gb data from "magically" gone

And if u using celcom portawifi.
Pair it with a timer power plug.(about rm20)
Set it to trigger at 110am and ends at 645am.
This will avoid the burung to sleep till morning

Ps:only for the finished weekly or monthly quota

malaysia LTE band ~ 2600mhz & 1800mhz

2600mhz is faster LTE speed (higher frequency can carry more data but weaker in terms of coverage or poorer indoor signal penetration capability)

1800mhz is slower LTE speed (lower frequency carry less data but better in terms of coverage n indoor signal penetration)

maxis, celcom n digi now got both band support
umobile & others telcos LTE now only got 2600mhz

that's y even u on maxis,celcom,digi's 4G LTE network, u may not experience the same with others if they tap on 2600mhz band rather than 1800mhz.

for handset, they auto log on band which yield greater signal level at that spot: so normally at indoor the phone may log on 1800mhz LTE band, not 2600mhz, as 1800mhz got better signal level indoor.

one may not really experience the true 4G LTE speed.

solution:
1. for pc user with software to lock on 2600mhz, hardware combine with external yagi lte antenna 2600mhz to get the signal.
2. for phone, tablet users, the solution is getting a 2600MHz LTE repeater.

learn something new todei.. for postpaid change to prepaid plan need to go to their selected big branch (like in jalan ampang or jalan semarak)
you cant do it on those shop branch or online.. dunno why

already use magic sim with burung hantu 4 month.average download 250GB++ per month.no cheats,no vpn or secret.simple setup with TP-LINK ARCHER MR200 4GLTE router.mostly use for download torrent file.
