weekends speed goes down? yesterday i tried, steam download games 2mbps today 300kbps only..so sad...

Anyone can recommend me and simple to use Auto shutdown software ?? Lazy set alarm clock at 6.50am to shutdown burung hantu

Why this burung hantu so funny , today I download 1 file speed slow , download 2 files speed gets faster but still slower than usual? I feel not stable .. Usually 2mb/s today 500 only .. Aih
