Hi all,
I just started my workout since August and my goal is to pump up my weight as well as build a nice body. I take supplement like BSN True Mass 1200 and just finish my first pack. Just bought another pack for myself and I starting to wondering, is there any other supplement I should take to get better effect? Here are my thought, creatine or bcaa
I googled around and some say bcaa, some say creatine.. I asked the supplement shop where I bought my 2nd pack, they ask me to take bcaa ( could it be because the price is higher so they can pocket the profit? )
Height: 173cm
Before August: Weight: around 55kg
As of 19th September: Weight: around 61kg Fat Index: 15%

Better effect of gaining weight, no. You gotta eat at calorie surplus in order to gain weight. Spend your money on peanut butter, meats, eggs, oats, etc is better for your goal.

diet wise you just gotta eat more calories then you burn to increase your weight.
bcaa, creatine etc doesnt contain calories so no they dont help you increase your weight..
bcaa and creatine only improve your performance, recovery etc.

You are better off spending the money on food, if you really want to spend them.

Getting Started

|
Can continue purchasing creatine, it's cheap and a proven supplement.
For BCAA, you don't really need it the next time.
Edit: Note, for the creatine, the cheapest basic creatine monohydrate (e.g. Dymatize/ON/BB) will do, don't be a sucker for all the other marketing gimmicks.
