I just started my workout since August and my goal is to pump up my weight as well as build a nice body. I take supplement like BSN True Mass 1200 and just finish my first pack.
Just bought another pack for myself and I starting to wondering, is there any other supplement I should take to get better effect? Here are my thought, creatine or bcaa
I googled around and some say bcaa, some say creatine.. I asked the supplement shop where I bought my 2nd pack, they ask me to take bcaa ( could it be because the price is higher so they can pocket the profit? )

Before August:
Weight: around 55kg
As of 19th September:
Weight: around 61kg
Fat Index: 15%
Gain Weight.. Extra Supplement, Creatine or BCAA?
