According to Master Plan, that plot of land is for bungalow, don't think Matrix will simply change it.

I heard this news from my SE as well. Extreme park will run by Sunway.

Don't understand the logic, extreme park give better return than bungalow?

Hijayu Resort Villa, supposed to be commenced in 2017. There are 101 unit double storey bungalows with GDV RM320m ie RM3.16m per bungalow + 1 unit bungalow land GDV RM4m, total land area is 49.5 acres.

This high end residential enclave is important to upgrade the status of BSS, no logic for Matrix to let Sunway to build extreme park here. sweat.gif

The resort villa is it within the resort homes? If so, not clashing with the land for extreme park hmm.gif

The other opposite is Hijayu 3A,3B & 3C, next to d'Tempat Country Club is Merchant Square, ya you are right let wait for announcement. tongue.gif

Extreme Park never appear in Master Plan, no issue of scrap however BSS has more than 5,000 acres if Matrix really want to have Extreme Park sure they can find place to build it.

I think maybe because difficult to attract people with money to buy bungalow lots there in BSS. As it is, the Semi-D uptake is only 60%????
So if they change strategy to build extreme park and then with the crowd coming, build more houses like bungalows, it helps???

Ya the semiD sals really no good, take up rate only 56% out of 64 units, may be pricing is the main factor, these houses going to VP this year, but almost half still no buyer doh.gif

If not mistaken should be RM1.3m for 50x100 land size build up 4,500 sft. Quite big for semiD however only 4 rooms in the house.

It seems the news that extreme park will be built in Sendayan is not a rumour. Refer to news below:

The group will also launch a new 'extreme park' soon in BSS which would enhance the township's vibrancy and boost its position as a recreational hotspot for residents as well as the surrounding vicinity.[COLOR=red]

Congrats to BSS owner. I believe the extreme park will bring the house price to a new level, especially housing near to d' tempat

True kinda of pricy...but it translate to approx RM 290 per sq feet...
And its the only development in BSS with underground electrical wires
I think the VP is next year 2017
