i m going to find accountant and start to pay this yr

Btw, e-filling is very easy to use. Why would you need an accountant? Unless you are running a pretty big enterprise.

Can anyone explain how to fill in this section in the BE form?

QUOTE
Tolakan cukai seksyen 51 Akta Kewangan 2007 (dividen)
Tax deduction under section 51 of Finance Act 2007 (dividends)

Tolakan cukai seksyen 110 (lain-lain)
Section 110 tax deduction (others)

Pelepasan cukai seksyen 132 dan 133
Section 132 and 133 tax relief

1. What are those that can be filled in under section 51, 110, 132 and 133?
2. I understand that if you purchase shares, you can fill it under section 110. Is it subjected to certain types of shares only? e.g. REIT, Dividen, etc?

Please advise.

The bills are in her name.

Can we split it to 5k 5k for tax relief

For her, the individual claim for medical

For me the support claim for spouse?

How does the company compensate you for your traveling? Allowance or claims?

I think should be no problem as long as you have proof of transaction.

Use conversion rate. You should have paid using credit card or pay pal right?

I have paid tax on my income, so where do I put it in the form?

Cause I the amout of tax they're asking me submit is just slightly more than what I have paid on my income.
I just don't want to have to pay, and wait for them to rebate, if I can just pay the right amount of tax to them.

Am I suppose to key it (the taxes i paid from my income) in somewhere on the "tuntutan rebat/tolakan cukai/pelepasan cukai" section?
But which one?
From what I see, the 110, 132 and 133 doesn't seem to apply at atll.

Mabye I'm missing something.
Please advise.
Thank you.

Where's you EA form?

Tax paid via PCB should be filled to "Ansuran/PCB yang telah dibayar untuk pendapatan tahun 2011 - SENDIRI dan SUAMI/ISTERI bagi taksiran bersama" right below "JUMLAH PENDAPATAN (SENDIRI)" under section "PENDAPATAN BERKANUN DAN JUMLAH PENDAPATAN"

Hello David83,

Yup, that's what I thought too.. but some of the colleagues I've asked said that is Sendiri dan suami/isteri.

They said it's youself AND husband/wife. Not for yourself.
That's why leave it blank!

And another told me it's to be filled under "tuntutan rebat/tolakan cukai/pelepasan cukai" section.

LOL that's why I'm confused.
But thank you for the confirmation smile.gif

The clause is confusing. The "dan" is applicable if you do joint assessment for you and your spouse.
