QUOTE(calibre2001 @ Nov 2 2013, 08:22 PM) Hi, Suppose I am a qualified accountant with professional qualifications and work in accounting. Can I recognise my qualification subscription fees as a tax relief under Education (up to 5k)? I heard some people recognise this by deducting the subscription fees from salary figure when filling up the BE form. Is this correct? More important question is can the subscriptions be recognised? Thanks. No. Professional fee paid does not fall under the tax relief mentioned category. On the side note, don't your employer pay your subscription fee on your behalf? Since you are working in the relevant accounting field.

Your insurance provider will provide you an annual statement. Just key-in based on the ratio if you bought a complicated policy that has coverage of various aspects.

QUOTE(David83 @ Dec 25 2013, 07:12 PM) The amount may not be too high to trigger for audit. Few Ks..... from guide line, we suppose to get prescription from doctor before we can even claim anything. I think if kena audit, 1st thing 1st is, recommendation letter from doctor. Me n my wife gonna file seperately... expecting soon Feb 2014. But i dun see any relief for kids below 18, all above 18? I think only 1 is SSPN.
