I submitted my EPF statement and latest 3 months payslip but I do have an existing AEON card. They approved mine and even increased my CL to RM 25k.

I have more than 10 cards... So yeah.

Anyway, it is based on their discretion to approve or not. Else, you can call to appeal if you really want it.

I have probably activated my card hence I didn't receive the SMS for approval.

I do think they also use courier service to send to branches, so it should take the same time like how it reaches to the applicant's address. May need to call branch to follow up.
