Regarding petrol transaction rebate i've asked last time, why i only receive only 'some' cashback for petrol.

the answer is:

Only petrol transaction cashback is based on statement date - other cashback follow calendar month.

my petrol transaction is on 20 October 2019 and my statement date is 25 October 2019. It is posted on 23 October 2019 by the merchant, only petrol transaction posted 18 September - 17 October will be reflect in 25 October 2019 statement. Meaning for petrol transaction posted 18 October - 17 November will be reflected in November statement.

and for Bigpay transaction on 1 October 2019:

she said it should be eligible for cashback - however, she is unsure what there's no cashback credited in November for me. she forwarded my queries to her supervisor to follow up. I also mentioned that for the cashback to be fully utilised within 12 hours on 1 October would also be a bit 'tak logik'. So in my case they checking why. Will receive a call from her back latest by Monday.

Please let us know the outcome next Monday.

This is better than the Citibank Cashback card which gives 0.2% only.

On 10th november I received RM25, but it looks different, it's now a CASH REBATE rather than OVERSEAS AND ONLINE TRANSACTION CASH REBATE.

Suspect this may be SST reversal rather than online rebate, due to that.

Yes. CASH REBATE is for sst and not online.

This mean that there is high chance that reloading BP will not be awarding the 2%

Hi I just signed up Aeon card but seems like the funds are really limited.. are all the cash back categories combined into a single pool? I'm more keen on the 5% cash back from spending at Aeon Big for grocery shopping and using Paywave for another 5%...

There r a few who claimed to have got the CB, may be u can ask them transaction type n time? Just browse thru from pg119 onwards, u r actually on those pages too.

CB categories are allocated in separate pools and FCFS... except Petrol.

I check with CS again on my question why no cashback - i check with them last friday, but they say they will check first.

This is the answer given by them.

I got confirmation from CS via call BP is no longer getting CB. I complained one week ago and today they called me back. Bye Bye Aeon. I will be terminating it.
