strange AEON used to send estatement to my email how come this month no send and I have to log in to view?

contradictory cash back pool end dates..
I think it is unlikely for online cash back pool to finish in 1 day, but not sure why @MNet couldn't get CB for RM 10.

So I swipe on 11 Dec and didn't receive online 2% cash back
So I called CS and was told that the cash back pool was depleted on 11 Dec
I was like.. I swipe on 11 Dec morning, how can it finished by then?
