Anyone has receive 2% online transaction cash back recently? I spent on 1st and 11th last month but haven't receive any cash back yet.

Should be reflected in the transaction on 10th.

I'm still waiting reply from CS about my missing CB. Let's see if I able to get CB else I'm considering to cancel the cards. Amex 5% confirmed CB way better than the 5% so called pool from AEON.

When did you write to them? For me I also did the same but it's been almost 2 weeks - the only thing they really replied is that they are investigating.

For me - it's not resolved yet. Will share here once I have a final answer from them. At the rate things are going, I don't really have much confidence in them. At least for now, I choose not to swipe cuz cannot be 100% certain when the quota refresh period starts.

Is consistent, is just that some ppl transaction date is late thus illegible for cash rebate

yup, me too. spent on 1st jan around 10am.

few members mentioned spending on 11th are reporting missing CB.

u all mentioning about Jan statement isn't it?

I can't find any information they change to 1st of each month.
