No I did not use the card except to get SST waiver recently lol. So I am pretty sure mine was for the SST waiver.

if your online cb missing for nov 11 and dec 11 spending, give them a call
they started to change the start date from 11th to 1st of the month

I've gotten my nov 11 spending 2% in the latest statement dated 10/1/19
for dec I didn't spend at all and for jan I spent on 1st

Yes, for petrol there is no monthly cap. No FCFS

aeon is very slow on investigating cb

last time they used to be fast. but nowadays seems changing the cycle period which many people report they missing cash back. more workload to them or they try to silent to avoid customer made more complaint why they no inform the cycle period change

You should have ask them when is the cash back pool new cycle starts. I bet it starts on 1st of each month now so by 11st is already depleted.

I did ask but the CS seems blurred and didn't understand what I mean, only insisted that CB pool finished on 11 Dec

i suspect october 2018 already start change to 1st of every month.
i online transacted on 7 Oct 2018 and get RM25 CB on 10 Nov 2018.

AEON Big online transaction cashback quota refresh date is follow statement date or 1st of every month?

My note is "Cashback for current month will be credited on 10th of the following month."
