When I call them they say CB pool finished. How to ask them to check?

My spending was 11th Dec (Lazada) and 12th Dec (Shopee), nothing received.

I really no purposely keep track the CB, but consistently getting cb from Aeon im ok

one is on 4th, one is on 8th.

i did not aware the date of posting or transaction is important
