today i get the aeonbig card statement.

i swipe rm 1250 for bigpay at 11st november and get zero cash back for online.

do anyone miss or get the rebate for this month and share when you swipe. thanz.

ii have filed the complain at aeon on this issue and they say will invetigate it.

Same here, all i get is the RM30 of "10% CASHBACK ON OUR 3DAYS SPECIAL"

Use "Bill Payment" and pay to "AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd" on payee list

Follow the steps here

I got shopee and lazada transaction as well on the 11-nov, but no cashback granted.

Gosh... they are so strict on online transactions...
Keep us posted... lazada and shopee should be easily counted as online transaction...

Yes, can but only normal GIRO. Cannot use IBFT.
Pay to Citibank and put your AEON BiG credit card no. for the account no. Payment type is credit card. We have used this method since years ago and no issue.

Don't use this method. This is RM 1 charge. Just checked fee has reduced but just use IBG, easy peasy.
