Terms and Conditions for Spend & Get RM30 Cash Back (“Campaign”)
1.0 Campaign Period:

• This Campaign is organized by AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad (“AEON Credit”) and will commence from 24 May 2016 to 31 May 2016, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
2.0 Eligibility:


The Campaign is opened to all Principal and Supplementary Cardholders of NEW AEON Gold Visa/MasterCard, NEW AEON Classic Visa/MasterCard, AEON Gold Visa/Mastercard, AEON Classic Visa/MasterCard, Japan Club of Kuala Lumpur Gold Visa and AEON BiG Gold/Classic Visa (“Eligible Cardholders”).

3.0 Qualifying Condition:
• To participate in the Campaign, the Eligible Cardholders are required to spend RM1,000 (cumulative) throughout the Campaign Period in order to earn the RM30 Cash Back (“Cash Back”).
• This Campaign is not applicable for disputed transaction, 0% Installment Payment Plan, Flexi Payment Plan, Balance Transfer, Cash Advance, late payment charges, reversals, fraudulent retail transaction and other fees and charges.
• This Campaign is also not applicable for transaction at AEON BiG stores during AEON BiG Thank You Day (28 & 29 May 2016).
• Total Cash Back pool capped for this Campaign is RM30,000 on a first-come first-served basis.

• Transactions made by Supplementary Cardholder will be aggregated under Principal Cardholder account. Only the Principal Cardholder will be entitled to enjoy the redemption of the Cash Back.
• The Cash Back will be reflected in Eligible Cardholder’s statement of account for the statement month of July 2016.
• At the time of awarding the Cash Back, the Principal AEON Credit Card account of the Cardholders must be prompt and in good standing.





4.0 Other Terms & Conditions:
• The Cash Back is not transferable to any third party, non-negotiable and non-exchangeable for other redemption item(s).
• AEON Credit shall have the sole and absolute discretion to vary the date and the frequency of crediting the Cash Back. The Cash Back may be withdrawn or cancelled by AEON Credit at its sole and absolute discretion if any transaction made by the Eligible Cardholder under this Campaign is void, cancelled and/or fraudulent.
• Eligible Cardholder acknowledges that there may be a lapse of time between transactions made using the AEON Credit Card and the crediting of the Cash Back into his/her account. As such, AEON Credit does not represent and warrant for the Cash Back to be immediately available into the Eligible Cardholder’s account.
• All Eligible Cardholders are bound by the Terms and Conditions contain herein and AEON Credit reserves the absolute right and discretion to suspend and/or terminate the Campaign or vary the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign without stating any reasons to the Eligible Cardholders.
• AEON Credit shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of evidence of sales transactions by VISA International Incorporated, MasterCard International Incorporated, merchant establishments, postal or telecommunication authorities or any other party which may result in the Eligible Cardholders being omitted from the fulfillment process.
• AEON Credit reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate this Campaign earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by AEON Credit shall not entitle the Eligible Cardholders to any claim or compensation against AEON Credit for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Eligible Cardholders whether as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

• AEON Credit’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all Eligible Cardholders. No further correspondence or attempts to dispute such decisions will be considered by AEON Credit.
• AEON Credit reserves the right to disqualify the Eligible Cardholders from receiving the Cash Back in the event the Eligible Cardholders do not comply with any of these terms and conditions, or has committed fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to their AEON Credit Card and / or any transactions made thereof.
• AEON Credit shall not be liable in any way whatsoever, for any event arising from any acts of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, technical or system failures of any kind, unauthorized human intervention and electronic or human error in the administration and processing of the Cash Back.
• The Terms and Conditions supersede any previous Terms and Conditions stated in any other promotional or advertising materials.
• The Terms and Conditions herein shall apply to and be read together with the provisions in the AEON Credit Card and AEON BiG Credit Card Terms & Conditions. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions herein and those contained in the AEON Credit and AEON BiG Credit Card Terms & Conditions, the Terms and Conditions set out herein shall prevail in so far as they apply to the Campaign.

• Transactions made by Supplementary Cardholder will be aggregated under Principal Cardholder account. Only the Principal Cardholder will be entitled to redeem the Cash Back.
• The Cash Back will be reflected in the Eligible Cardholder’s statement of account for the month of August 2016.
• At the time of awarding the Cash Back, the Principal AEON Credit Card account of the Eligible Cardholders must be prompt and in good standing as per criteria and standards applied by AEON Credit from time to time.





4.0 Other Terms & Conditions:

I never go to aeon big supermarket. I have a aeon big credit card.
1. if I buy the thing at aeon big, do I need to show cashier aeon big member card to get the point or only credit card alr enough?

2. I want to redeem the point at aeon big. can I use aeon big credit card to redeem the point without the member card?

today i will swipe for big pay and see whether i can get the cash back if i swipe 10th every month.
normally if i swipe on 10th and posting date will be in 12th. the transition will only come out in september statement.

if base transition date, the i swipe on 10 august, it cannot count yet but the cashback alr finalized.

for me i think is base on posting date.

for petrol transition, i use it 10th before and the cash back only be counted in following month.

it is only my personal opinion. for safe, swipe at 11st of the month

today i get the aeonbig card statement.

i swipe rm 1250 for bigpay at 11st november and get zero cash back for online.

do anyone miss or get the rebate for this month and share when you swipe. thanz.

ii have filed the complain at aeon on this issue and they say will invetigate it.
