So nobody has got the rm25 CB for online transaction in the 10-Dec statement for transactions done since 11-Nov?

seems like it, but one person did get RM25 for swiping on 1 Nov (don't ask me why and how)
also, aeon cs did call me back yesterday about the 2% online cb but still under investigation, she said will call me again today

It seem like they quietly change the tracking period in Nov based on cashback credited reported by some users here

yes, the CS called me back just now, she admitted Nov started to follow 1 Nov and I told her how come no announcement. Anyway, she has already submitted my case for cb (spending on 11 Nov), pending approval. So anyone not getting 2% cb for overseas and online should call or email them.

i got rm20cb only for online reward. i thought capped at RM20 for 2% ?

Read the line it is effective from 6 Jan 2019, so basically online transaction for 1 Jan 2019 is not entitle isn't it?

tracking period for cash back changed...

not sure got any changes to the Plaza Premium Lounge access in 2019 or not...
