is Illegear currently only have shop + service centre in KL?
do you guys planning to open 1 in SG or Johor?
As i'm in SG, and quite interest in your laptop...but if buy and service also need to head to KL, a bit troublesome...

I'm interest to get the Z5 model, just, a bit worry (I'm the worry type of person, always worry this worry that). Is there any issue you guys encountered so far (overall) while you use it for gaming purpose??

So far for me there is nothing wrong. I have acer Nitro before and for me this is a better choice in term of overall gaming experience. And the customer service is very good for me and I can say on par with Dell as my work laptop using Dell.

During gaming I realized that one of my fan(left) is not working. Is there any software to test it ? I am currently outstation and couldn't go to KL for a long time.

Left fan is cpu fan, what's your temperature?

well I was playing dota 2 until I realized that the aluminium under the custom buttons keyboard (M1 M2..) is hotter than usual. I check the fans and realized that left fan doesn't have air flow coming out while the right fans is functioning as usual. Now I've restarted the whole PC and it seems like the left fan working again. Is it the cpu fan stopped working at high temperature?

That's weird, what is your BIOS version? What CPU temperature you get when the fan stopped working?

Btw, we tried to send you the logo file, email bounced back couple of times.

It's okay take your time. You could always upload to google drive or else where .
Here's my msinfo. I am suspecting that right fan was covered with dust and blocked the airflow . I'll open up later and try to clean it later. I'll use normal cloth to clean them is that alright ?

I just realized that the back-light of my keyboard is not on anymore, just wondering if I pressed a button to off that or is it malfunctioning?

I've tried flash the logo and reinstall clean windows using uefi method ( rufus created bootable iso usb). Somehow the illegear boot logo wasn't there . It shows windows boot logo 😓😓

What OS do you install? Did you create a bootable USB media for windows installation?

Windows 10 x64. Did a clean install by formatting my primary drive . Still don't getting illegear logo.. By mean of illegear boot logo I mean this boot logo every time it boots. Just for your information in case you got it wrong . I would also like to get illegear logo printed in computer properties just like other oem.

I know what you want and I can see your windows isn't installed in UEFI mode because the windows logo appears. After flashing the logo you still can't install windows in UEFI mode then most likely the steps have been done incorrectly. You can shoot a video to us how does your computer boot up like.
