That's great to hear, it's good thing the illegear team takes things seriously, I bet even if they're very busy with lots of orders you'll get it latest by tomorrow. Now compared with the service from other brands I can say it's like sky and earth right? Other brands might take you weeks or months to repair a simple screen and the worst is you can't use your laptop. It's not about if the screen will spoil or not is when it spoil will they replace or not and how fast they can replace, in the end the customer just wants to use their laptop.
Might consider taking the extended warranty when near expiry too if you can afford it
