I got 1 item refund by seller but i check the progress until today the refund is not yet completed, any idea who can i contact on this? The refund process start on 17th December.

why lazada sea shipment so expensive? i got 1 item with 1.4kg (Not that big box) but that alone cost me chinese yuen 43 is this normal? Because it expensive compare to air shipment.

i got some item (bandai figure) wanted to PO from 1 seller in taobao but when checkout it show the item is unable to shipped to me but from what i know bandai plastic figure should have no problem with this and so whom may i contact to solved the issue? Thanks
