Hey guys, i ordered something thru taobao direct shipping, and now the latest status says that my parcel already cleared custom, and now already received by local logistic company. But I cant track the tracking number on the GDEX website (which is what DEX china told me to do, they say my package is with GDEX) using the secondary tracking number they gave me: CNMYG0003639861

But according to DEX website, their shipping partner in Malaysia is skynet for my parcel, very confused here, any sifu can enlighten me?

I want to order some supplies for my roborock vacuum from their official Tmall store. Should I use 3rd party or direct shipping? They are all small light weight stuff.
Never order from taobao before and am banana

Is the price difference huge between consolidated sea shipping & consolidated air freight?
I'm buying several stuff from a single shop that's around 2KG

Direct shipping is ￥210 (RM130.95). Do you think consolidated air freight would be cheaper?

ordered 5 items - official direct air ship in one order. 4 items already in warehouse, 1 item still not ship out already four days. click the "remind seller to ship" button also no action, seller is 3 crown level, 4.9 rating.
what to do next ?
what will happen if seller not ship out ? first time happen like this for direct ship. if consolidate ship, I can sent out other items first...but this is direct ship in single order
