what is the latest status on taobao website

it will only be traceable thru skynet , Gdex, abx and etc once the package has reached malaysia

i am using direct shipping through zto. taobao website says its already in custom yesterday.

According to ur image, ur package is currently in the middle of custom clearance.

Give it a few days, once item cleared custom and picked up by local courier you should able to track ur item in local courier website based on my past experience

my ZTO shipping is handled by skynet in Malaysia and only once by GDex

I believe that status appeared automatically as the shipment is long overdue. The time of the status keeps changes and updated as I refreshed.

Btw, i just requested the forwarder (Lazada) to return the item to seller due to wrong size and paid already. How can i get the tracking number to fill the form from the seller? Cannot find aliwangwang for Lazada. Is it ZTO ke?

Does anyone know any affordable way to ship heavy & bulky item (like furniture) from China to EM specifically Kuching area?

i checked with EZbuy, the kuching collection point has just being closed down, so east Malaysia would need to pay expensive parcel fees.

Tips for tracking number :
Start with Zxxxxxxx : item will be sent to GDex warehouse when custom cleared

How much are u guys getting charged for shipping via zto? Just wanna enquire. Bought 9 items and think it’ll be 4-5 kilos

For 5kg:

1st kg RMB26

the remaining 4kg = 8 x RMB10.5 = RMB84

Total = RMB110 (Roughly RM70)

This is for regular sized items, if your item is oversized calculation is different
