Guys, how to track this?



Using Dexi Sea freight 递壹时（海运）

my order been flight delayed for 2days.. just contact the customers service of DEX-I.. they told me will be arranging the flight in "these few days" ==''
and when I ask how long does it take? they replied "these few days, please wait patiently"

I'm sending it Kuching, Sarawak, according to taobao website.. it should take 7days to reach the destination.. now it's delayed == can't claim anything.. just clicked the "延长服务" and it only extend the service for 3 days.. ==

nowadays i always use sea freight, air freight getting too xpensive

Whoa! Lazada sea freight only ￥9.5 for 1kg?

I use TAOBAO direct seashipping, i have no clue to any shipping company so i set it default shipper by TAOBAO.

7th July 2018 - I brought 2 items (Baby Chair & baby table)
15th July 2018 - Arrived at warehouse.
17th July 2018 - Completed the Shipping payment as the item has oversize (51cm(w)x51cm(h))
27th July 2018 - The items has just only go into customs. Not yet abroad the ship.
30th July 2018 - I feel like fcking dying. Waiting for parcel really dam long.

THE SEA-SHIPPING IS LIKE A SCAM LAR. why can so slow one? slower than our previous goverment x10!!!!!

Just got this update to my Lazada package, does this mean it has been in China all this while??

What should I do? Been contact seller 2 times already but none been reply...

Does the size of the parcel counted?

Was there ever a service that refunds delivery fees? I've never seen that, eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Aliexpress, Lazada never refunds delivery fees.

Once the order is made, there's no way to change from either air to sea or sea to air unless you cancel the order and place order all over again. Any reason why you want to use sea instead of air?   

ask seller for missing part..then if he can help to replace,buy another cheap thing from him and ask ship together..

and i want ask about the warehouse count your item weight..does anyone feel the warehouse charge your item more than it real weight?

Too bad u have to use 3rd party forwarder then.
Some 3rd party forwarder has sea shipping option which is a lot cheaper. RM3.55 / 500g. Need to wait 1 month tho.

if just 1 unit 75 inch led tv and ship by sea to kl how much?

+-rm150 but maybe 1 month plus to reach you after out from port.

i have shipped 55" tcl, below rm100 but now minimum charges gone up.

(90 x 67 x 79) / 1,000,000 = 0.476 m3

if 0.1 m3 = RM45, will be around RM225

if use 3rd party shipper, no need to pay another 6% tax

I can only get the 2nd option as per the screenshot below
