Had a bad experience with Love & Co recently. The staff didn't mention to me about 0℅ instalment when there were actually promotions from three different banks.

Amount paid in full and had to go through a week of hassle of calling and liaising with the sales girl to re-do the transaction.

In the end, the company still wants to charge 4℅ for retransaction.

I don't mind paying in full. If they would have mentioned it to me before the purchase, I would have more cash in hand.

That's a pretty bad experience especially when we need more money to settle other stuff for wedding! Since you paid in full, I guess you should entitle a better discount for the ring because sales price for installment should usually be higher, and probably there's why there is a 4% "retransaction fee"... a sudden thought. Btw mind sharing the % of discount off the listed price for your ring?

Wedding ring is not only a matter of money. Surely it has to match your budget. But if you saw the ring you want at Love&Co and have some extra money to cover the price difference - get it, if it's "yours"

FYI to everyone
Love & co do not accept loose diamond and do setting n gives you their crystal box (given only if u buy 0.40 carat and above) otherwise everybody will buy loose diamond from wah chan n set it in Love n co and everybody in the world would assume you buy the ring from Love n co.
They have very strict quality check on their diamonds so they cannot accept just any diamond n put their label on the ring.
That would affects their brand if the diamond is not good quality.
Likewise branded companies like cartier, chopard, tiffany & co wont do that either as they are selling their brand.
The price you pay is for the brand ,packaging and presentation n their quality ..

IF you are looking for nice and big diamonds go for private jewellers as they can source better 3ex diamonds with better HCA and scintillation but if u want better packaging then pay more for the brands. Its once in a lifetime to ask one special woman to be your companion for life. If she likes Love & co then go for it by all means ..If budget is lower than buy lower clarity as its not obvious to naked eye. Unless your girl knows diamonds then dont skimp on quality but sacrifice on the size of carat..

Hi guys,
Have anyone get wedding band from love and co?
Is the rose gold really can maintain the color forever? Sales person told me their rose gold color won't ever fade and have life time warranty. Wonder how true is it...?

Unlike most white gold, i believe rose gold do not have any plating, like white gold's rhodium plating. When people see that a white gold "fade", this is possibly because the plating layer has suffered wear and tear, which is normal, so a re-plating is needed at a minimal cost. As for rose gold, since no plating is required (afaik), I believe what the salesperson said ia true. But if you scratch the ring, then some gold will gone, so if scratch too much then maybe it will look faded as well. On the other hand, when you "scratch" platinum, the material just gets transferred from one part of the ring to another part, and won't be gone from the ring, at least this is what I have read before.
